Developing individual competencies
Coaching provided by RYB Consulting is
highly personalized and tailored toward each individual’s needs.
Our coaches work with executives and professionals to develop
them for next level assignments in growth oriented environments.
We begin by interviewing CEO’s to identify
key leadership competencies for their businesses. This is used
as the basis for creating a personal profile developed for each
participant. The profile is created using information from
sources that include the company’s strategic plans, leadership
competencies, short and long term needs, supervisory and peer
feedback, and individual instruments that identify emotional
intelligence and personality type. Candidates complete self
assessments as part of the process.
The profile is the basis for periodic
sessions that occur in person with the coach or by phone.
Coaching assignments typically last 90 – 180 days after the
profile is complete. We have found that successful candidates
for coaching are enthusiastic participants when the company
wants to make an investment in their future. They become
motivated to perform at higher than their current performance,
but need structure and direction to focus on specific areas.
Participants enjoy the coaching sessions and the confidentiality
associated with developing in a risk free and personalized way.
RYB actively works with company leaders to
create a foundation for coaching and success. Results are
achieved by the participant when they know the company wants
them to be successful. Company leaders see the results on the
job, and in the format of summarized feedback and
recommendations at the end of the contracted period.
