At RYB Consulting our mission is provide
solutions that focus on growth and success of small to medium
sized companies. We work with leadership teams to envision what
their businesses can become and develop plans to achieve that
vision. We support companies by focusing on obstacles to growth
that burden CEO’s. The implementation timetable is set by the
business and industry, and is results oriented.
We work closely with CEO’s on the areas of their business
that need focus but are complex and often emotional or time
drains. These are long standing challenges that get placed on
the back burner until the pain is so great they can no longer
avoid addressing the issue. These can look like an old business
model in a dynamic market, lack of marketing strategies or new
business, wrong talent in key jobs, insufficient resources or an
organization structure that does not support the goals of the
company. In any of these circumstances alignment of the whole
team is scarce.
We have found that by focusing in three key areas: Business
Strategy, Human Resources and Coaching, we are able to create
better results and align the whole company around a vision. The
first two keys involve having the strategy and talent that are
essential to any growing company. Coaching is essential to
helping leaders achieve personal and business results by
building on strengths.
